The internship
This internship is unique in its broad potential, offering opportunities for you to make an impact. You will have the flexibility to shape your role based on your interests and skills, allowing you to explore various directions within Global Procurement. This hands-on experience will help you discover your passions and develop key skills that are essential for your growth.
The role will involve:
Tracking and reporting of procurement performance Conducting market research Supporting the teams in analyzing data, project management and process improvements in the form of automation and potential AI opportunities Supplier and various Operating Company engagement across the Globe Buyer activities

The department
You will be part of the Global Procurement department, working closely with the Strategic Sourcing Director for Commerce and Business Services as well as the five category leads within the department (covering all expenditure in Marketing, Point of Sales Material, IT, Real Estate, Facility Services, Professional Services, HR, Travel, Fleet). This function is integral to HEINEKEN's success, and the role offers significant opportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives.

Conditions of HEINEKEN
You are enrolled at an educational institution. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
