As a Customer Experience Intern at Honeywell, in Katowice, Poland, you will be responsible for Order to Cash process, ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements
Handle entry level customer related issues and concernsRecord all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) DatabaseProcess standard orders & Maintain order accuracyProcess changes and enhancements to ordersMaintain complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requestsKey skills and qualifications
Currently being enrolled as a student in bachelor’s or master’s degree programBusiness fluent in written and spoken English + Italian (min B2-C1)Previous work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international context, is a valuable advantageFamiliarity with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skillKnowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Our offer
