Your role and responsibilities

Are you well underway with a study focused on robots and programming, and are you looking for an internship in the fall of 2025? Then we have a great opportunity for you.You will join our engineering department and work on tasks that contribute to client projects and/or sales-related activities. Your tasks may involve simulation and emulation of production process flows (digital twins), designing mechanical, electrical, and safety solutions, or programming robots using Visual Components software, ABB RobotStudio, and OmniCore Controllers.Regardless of your specific tasks, our goal is clear: to teach you how to handle real-world projects from initial briefing to final completion within agreed deadlines. And if everything goes as planned, this internship could be your gateway to a future career at ABB – just as it has been for many of us.Your responsibilities:•\tSimulation and emulation of flow through production processes (Digital twin)•\tActive participation in mechanical, electrical and safety design in collaboration with colleagues and contractors•\tProgramming of robots

Qualifications for the role

\tA study within robotics, mechatronics or similar\tInterest in programming, including visualization and emulation\tInterest in the span of IT / OT\tThe ability to get an overview and ask the right questions\tThe courage to take on new tasks and experiment
