In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions contributing with a global leader in Health Technology. You will be supporting Sales Teams who work providing our Healthcare solutions and devices to our clients, supporting EU funded projects for the Image Guided Therapy portfolio.
Your role:
You will be interacting with Clinical Application Specialist and Modality Sales Specialists and our international Global Business Services Team to prepare Quotation Desk (QD) requests and outputs.
You will be converting Quotation Desk outputs to Commercial Offers and you will be helping to prepare Commercial Offers and tender documentation.
You will learn about public tenders and you will support the team on the administrative part of it.
It will be a 12-month, remunerated internship in Lisbon, Portugal.
You're the right fit if:
You are student or recent graduate of Biomedical Engineering or similar.
You are fluent in both Portuguese and English.
You put attention to details and you are organized and proactive.
You are proficient with MS Office with advanced Excel skills. Experience using Salesforce would be a plus.
Knowledge of public tenders and public procurement would be a plus.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
