As our Legal & Compliance Intern, you will gain exposure to a broad range of legal and compliance matters, actively contributing to compliance initiatives while developing your professional skills. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Contract Review & Drafting – Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, including NDAs and service agreements.
✅ Corporate Documentation & Verification – Assisting in corporate checks, including signatory and address verifications.
✅ Third-Party Vetting & Due Diligence – Supporting teams in reviewing and providing input within our supplier vetting platform.
✅ Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring – Conducting research, monitoring legal developments, and maintaining compliance registers.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborating with internal teams and making regular follow-ups on legal and compliance processes.
✅ Website & Privacy Compliance – Reviewing legal statements, privacy-related topics, and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Additionally, depending on the timing of your internship and your interests, you will have the opportunity to engage in other legal and compliance topics.
You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Faculty of Law or University of Applied Sciences.
