Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking an Investor Relations Intern.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.38 - $24.23 per hour.

Position Overview:
The Eaton Internship Program – Investor Relations is designed to provide opportunities to a diverse mix of students who demonstrate the same high level of ethics, values, creativity and performance we expect from our employees. This program provides exposure to our Finance function. During the 12–14-week paid internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our operations and will be coached and mentored by Eaton leaders.
We are catalysts for change -- driving efficiencies, enabling innovation, and developing solutions to help enable the transformation of our Eaton finance function to deliver critical insights to our operations. As an intern of the Investor Relations team, you will be embedded within our IR function to support investor communications and explore opportunities for AI, automation, and machine learning within IR.
After completion of the internship and upon graduation, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you to a variety of career paths within Eaton’s Finance function. At Eaton, you will be gaining experience in financial analysis, report preparation, data management, market research, and many other areas that drive our investor relations strategy. Additionally, your assignments may provide the opportunity to work on cross-functional teams with personnel from other departments, including IT, Audit, and various Finance subfunctions, allowing for a broad experience across multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications:
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business with a major in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar business technology degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship.
• Must be Geographically flexible to relocate within United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Applicable coursework and/or minor in Business Analytics
• Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Position Criteria:
• This role may include travel (up to 10%) within a local region as determined by the assignment manager.
• Transportation to and from the worksite and for incidental business travel is the responsibility of the intern; however, expenses for required and approved business travel (not including the worksite) will be reimbursed
