Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide administrative and project management support to the Americas Talent Acquisition team. Exposure will include but not limited, sourcing, recruitment analytics and Talent attraction and engagement initiatives
You will learn from the HR Generalist team, Talent acquisition partners, Business leaders and cross-functional partners across our retail and corporate teams as you participate in various projects throughout your internship.

Responsibilities
Support with Talent Acquisition Administration, included but not limited to, scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies initiating background checks and maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards Assist with the coordination and execution of onsite and in market events across the Americas Support the with design, creation and distribution of recruitment materials to include, Workshop invites, Referral initiatives and hiring events Support with the coordination of Recruitment workshops, including venues, travel and logistics when applicable Support with candidate sourcing and interview shadowing when applicable Provide coordination support for employee engagement events, including liaising with vendors, IT assistance, project timelines, etc. Support the team with additional ad hoc analysis when applicableQualifications
Required
Strong interest in talent acquisition/recruitment Previous work experience in Retail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organizational skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Demonstrates attention to detail Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills Curiosity and eagerness to learn Strong interest in social media as a tool to attract talent (LinkedIn Ambassador)Preferred
Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience via courses, internships, or other work. Rising Senior or recent graduateSalary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
