The Ardagh Glass Packaging International Graduate Programme is a unique, two-year journey designed to develop future specialists or leaders of our business. You will have the opportunity to work in multiple rotations across our European locations to broaden your experience and understand our business at a global level. As a Graduate Trainee, you will embark on a hands-on, project-based experience with placements within key functions such as Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Sustainability.

Responsibilities: Work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and mentors to drive innovation and business improvements. Support and lead projects focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency. Attend regular training sessions and workshops to develop leadership skills, technical expertise, and knowledge. Assist in optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Analyse production data and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and output. Contribute to the development and testing of new glass products or technologies.

 

Required skills / qualifications:

Fluent in English: both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Recent graduate: must have completed your bachelor's degree within the past 24 months in a relevant field (Engineering, HR, Sales, Marketing, Business, Sustainability, Finance) Global mindset: to work across diverse cultures and be open to international opportunities. Analytical thinker: to approach problems creatively and propose innovative solutions.
