Product Knowledge and Sales:

Demonstrate features and usability of new products and services to clients. Upsell additional offerings based on customer needs. Collaborate with sales teams to promote our offerings globally.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly. Work closely with internal teams to address any operational challenges affecting customer satisfaction.

Communication and Relationship Building:
