Job Title: INTERNATIONAL BI & INSIGHT ANALYST Job Description An entry-level role requires limited autonomy, with guidance in ETL, data manipulation, basic Excel, data visualization, PowerPoint skills, numeracy and statistical competency. Emphasis is on basic data analysis, including trend and variation, root cause and the ability to summarize into clear narratives and recommendations, alongside effective relationship management. The role has a tactical focus in support of operational performance, with moderate strategic and commercial awareness and no direct people management responsibilities. Global and International accounts tend to have broader, more complex scopes than regional ones. This often includes more extensive data, tools, analytical solutions, varied channels, and performance models, requiring skilled individuals to meet specific demands. Such capabilities are expected from senior roles, which involve managing junior resources and developing, stabilizing, scaling, and sustaining data and analytical capabilities.
