International Account Lead - 12 Month Maternity Cover

You will be responsible for managing the incoming business from all the International Sales Teams in the Hearst ecosystem. Your focus will be on delivering seamless operations support to global advertisers who invest in the Hearst UK brands, both UK only (mono-market campaigns) and UK portion of Global deals.

ABOUT THE ROLE 
 

Oversee all revenue driven by non-UK based sales teams, from sales pipeline to booked revenue and delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and Ops partners in the Hearst markets, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for campaign execution and performance.  Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, advertisers, agencies, and partners. Understand their unique needs and challenges and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored media solutions that align with their objectives. Analyse revenue performance across international markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations, highlighting revenue achievements, challenges, and future projections. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, product, and finance, to align international revenue strategies with overall company objectives. Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, content, and creative, to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. Oversee the analysis of campaign performance data, metrics, and KPIs providing insights and recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness, achieve client goals and drive incremental revenue through upselling existing activities.  Provide valuable insights and feedback to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and enhance our offering for international markets.

ABOUT YOU

 

Proven track record in international sales or business development within the media industry. Strong understanding of global media markets, trends, and dynamics, with a passion for staying ahead of industry developments. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and expanding into new international markets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with international clients and partners. Strategic with a data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making. Highly adaptable and culturally sensitive, with experience working across diverse international markets and teams. Leadership capabilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
