Internal Salesperson (Timber background and experience)

What You'll Do:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth. Quote and manage sales orders efficiently. Maintain and grow a client base through effective internal sales strategies. Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients. Provide accurate advice on product requirements and timber sales. Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and follow up to strengthen relationships. Complete quote administration promptly. Market new product launches and special promotions to customers. Interpret and analyse building plans to better serve our clients. Coordinate delivery schedules and manage after-sales processes. Minimum Requirements:
Matric + Sales/Marketing qualification (ideal). At least 4 years of experience in a sales environment. A minimum of 2 years in wood or hardware sales. Ability to read architectural plans and drawings (construction knowledge). Knowledge of debtors and stock control. Strong understanding of timber products. Wood background and experience is crucial. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus. Bilingual in English and Afrikaans; Xhosa is an advantage. Our Ideal Candidate:

Capable of creating value packages that align with client interests. Well-presented, meticulous, and possess excellent time management skills.
