YOUR MISSION Open existing orders received from customer representatives and customers, arrange molds and clique in accordance with the approved new product visuals. Process orders and generate Order Accompanying Cards, then forward them to the internal sales manager. Complete the New Product Introduction Form with approval from the production, planning, and quality departments (including board grade, route, pallet details, etc.). Fill out mold and clique request forms and submit purchase requests. Take action regarding orders that cannot be fulfilled within the requested deadline due to capacity constraints and inform the customer accordingly. Review order status reports from the planning system, take action on delayed or unfeasible orders, and inform customer representatives and customers. Track open orders daily and ensure timely shipment. Respond to customer calls and inquiries. Enter customer complaints into the PHRED system and forward them, along with samples or existing images, to the quality department. Investigate the reasons for return invoices received from customers, draft a cover letter, and if the return is due to a customer complaint, obtain the response from the system along with the related quality report (if available) and get the relevant sales managers' approval. YOUR PROFILE Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Industrial Engineering departments, with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in sales support operations. Knowledge and experience in sales, planning, order management, sales processes, and logistics operations. Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting. Preferably experienced in SAP usage. Proficient in English and able to use it actively. Result-oriented. Agile in learning and capable of handling uncertainties. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Responsible in risk management and behaviorally flexible.
