Minimum requirements:
Matric
Proven experience in sales in a similar automotive role
Sales
Proactively contact customers via email or phone to advise on promotions, market product lines
Meet a monthly sales target
Open COD accounts for counter cash sales customers  
Customer Service
Provide prompt updates on logistical, delivery, or supply issues
Process customer claims and returns
Administration
Update customer information and keep track of claims and credits
Complete lost sales reports
