Internal Sales Consultant for HVAC and Fire Protection

What you will do

You will repot to Inside Sales Manager. Our inside sales team supply quotes, engage with customers to secure quote orders and sales to our customers and process all orders through to our planning team to book in with our customers.

How you will do it

Request quotes and prices from suppliers

Produce quotes to our customers

Raise orders to our suppliers

Dispatch orders, produce delivery notes and relevant certification when requested

Liaise with suppliers for delivery dates

Provide customer service including updates to customers

See order through to invoicing stage

Ad hoc admin tasks

Act proactively to win orders

What we look for

Computer literate – to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)

Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience

Sales experience with B2B/B2C knowledge

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload

Oriented on targets and KPI’s set

Product knowledge in the fire suppression / detection / HVAC business would be an advantage
