Internal Sales Consultant – Electronic Industry
Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join their growing team in the Electronic Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. The role will be based in Gauteng and will involve working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop in-depth knowledge of products sold by the Company Build customer base (source new long-term customers) Serve all counter customers efficiently and professionally Customers at the trade counter are to be served quickly, efficiently, and in a professional manner On request, offer proficient technical advice, whether by you or the technical support person you refer Ensure payments submitted by customers are correct, as well as all administrative work Adhere to all procedures and systems regarding account clearances, etc. before any goods are handed over to customers Strive to increase our sales figures through sourcing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers You are also required to assist management in sending out promotional literature and newsletters to the appropriate clientele Provide customers with prices and quotations as requested

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security industry Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate proficiency with new technology and software  Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and meet customer needs Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer orders and documentation Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records Familiarity with sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Valid Driver’s license
