Internal Sales Administrative Assistant - East Rand
Minimum requirements for the role:
A matric certificate is required for this role. Previous experience having worked in an internal sales or related role dealing with the processing of orders and stock deliveries is essential for the role. Familiarity with order processing and CRM Systems like Monday.Com would be advantageous. Must be proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must have strong communication, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently and as a team player. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 Supporting our sales, logistics, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running and processing of customer orders, logistics, etc to ensure that customers get their stock on time. Liaising with customers regarding customer inquiries such as pricing, deliveries, and stock availability. Notifying customers of stock updates for back orders. Processing customer orders and verifying account status and stock levels before release. Communicating delivery schedules or delays to clients promptly. Coordinating with logistics for collections and deliveries. Managing back orders, updating delivery summaries, and maintaining accurate records. Liaising with third-party warehouse staff, clients, and internal teams to ensure that stock is delivered timeously. Planning stock allocations to fulfil regional orders. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
