We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Quality Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.   Position Overview:   As a Clinical Quality Specialist at Action Behavior Centers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing clinical quality standards within our organization. Reporting to the Quality Officer, you will be responsible for supporting internal peer review investigations, clinical and patient-related investigations, quality assurance activities, and participation in projects aimed at improving service delivery and patient outcomes. We are seeking a strong BCBA clinician who is organized, empathic, collaborative, and experienced in assent-based ABA practices.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct clinical reviews of internal investigations related to workplace policy violations, clinical concerns, workplace safety, and patient/parent concerns, as well as Peer Review matters, under the guidance of the Quality Officer. Conduct comprehensive and unbiased investigations, including background clinical research and investigative interviews related to clinical implementation. Gather, organize, and analyze clinical information to support the creation of well-drafted investigative reports. Collaborate with Teammate Experience Advisors to develop professional and detailed investigation records and reports related to clinical matters for submission to the relevant departments. Evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and compliance of assent-based ABA practices. Assist in data entry and data analysis for various quality initiatives. Create supplemental materials to support the organization and department as necessary and provide follow up to ensure compliance and completion in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new programs or initiatives aimed at optimizing clinical quality under the direction of the Quality Officer. Stay up-to-date with the latest research, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ABA therapy and contribute insights as needed. Maintains confidentiality and organization of files of investigations conducted and information received. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned   Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. 2-3 years of experience as a BCBA Proven experience in assent-based ABA practices. Excellent organizational and investigative skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
