Job Title: Internal Communications Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Houston, Texas

Travel: Infrequent if at all; but must be In Office 2x to 3x per week.

Job description:
Reporting into the Global Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) Internal Communications Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our CIS Americas employees are informed, engaged, and connected to our CIS and Group objectives - ultimately helping both our people and business grow.
You will do this by crafting communications that bring to life the CIS Americas business priorities, that create connections between our people and our leadership, that celebrate our people and our successes and that inspire our people to be active in and learn about our business, our clients and our vision of an inclusive and sustainable world. You’ll use a variety of channels, including email, video, internal social media, podcasts, and intranet, to deliver messages that resonate with employees and create a culture of engagement.
Having access to the Global CIS Internal Communications and the wider Americas Internal Comms team, you will have a key role to play in creating and implementing communication strategies and campaigns with and for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary role will be to focus on the development of an Internal Communications Plan in support of the CIS Americas’ Strategy and People Engagement activity. You will be the single point of contact in internal communications for CIS Americas on these topics. You will collaborate with both representatives from the business as well as marketing and external communications colleagues. You will be in charge of proposing comms actions and plans based on business needs and in line with our global Internal Communications strategy.
In addition, you will also be in charge of developing targeted, accurate and timely messaging and assets for our People Managers across CIS Americas on topics that matter.
You will plan and execute CIS Americas initiatives to drive employee engagement, including events, campaigns, and recognition programs as well as conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of current efforts and identify areas for improvement.
