Job Description:
Cambria is seeking a creative, motivated, high-energy individual for the role of Internal Communications Associate. This role will support company efforts to deepen employee engagement, build brand reputation, and drive impact through the levers of internal communications and philanthropy. You will be critical as an internal marketer, always looking for exciting, engaging ways to get the right message, to the right person, at the right time, and through the right channel.
This position will report to the Sr. Director, Internal Communications, and works from Cambria’s headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Help elevate, plan, and execute internal communications within our organization to assist in driving an informative, inspirational, and engaging approach to internal communications.
Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to plan, create, and execute integrated communication plans focusing on an internal audience.
Support the development and execution of internal communication plans that inform, inspire and engage our employees, ensuring they have the information they need to be successful.
Curate, edit, and distribute content for all internal communication vehicles, including screens, email, intranet, Slack and more.
Write, design and edit graphic images for internal monitor slides, including templates for various campaigns
Update calendars that track all internal communications campaigns
Onsite event management and execution of physical events in support of employee engagement, including but not limited to events in support of new design launches, townhalls, brand relevant holidays, etc.
Passionately represent the organization internally and externally on all engagement-related efforts
Be part of the CambriaCares team that executes our company’s philanthropic and community initiatives, driving impact both inside and outside our organization.
In partnership with the Senior Director, Experiential Marketing & Philanthropy, plan and execute marketing communications in support of our key philanthropic programs.
Coordinate our Cambria Scholarship program, including semi-annual payment submissions to schools, reporting on current and overall investment, events, and communication plans. Support our partnering organizations through guidance on fundraising and event management. Host regular meetings with the teams to ideate on new ways to support and engage.
Assist with new program development, coming up with ideas, strategies, and plans to help grow our philanthropic impact and continue to provide engagement opportunities for our people.
Evaluate incoming requests for donations and financial support from the field and from community partners. Help evaluate each opportunity and communicate decisions back to the partners.
Track all support and investments on an annual basis.
Coordinate any tangible elements of donation programs, including but not limited to assembling and coordinating gift baskets
Onsite event management and execution of physical events in support of philanthropic programs .

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Confident, collaborative, team player with a professional demeanor
Self starter with a positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, degree in Communication or Marketing preferred
Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in Communication or Marketing
Systems: Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to other MN locations
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use
