What you will learn and do:
Participate in risk assessments, scoping, and planning activities for a variety of internal audit projects and assurance activities including SOXPerform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of focus to support internal audit projects and assurance activities Interview business process owners to understand the design and operation controls Create and update process and data flow diagrams based upon information gathered during interviews, data analytics, and inspection of company records Prepare status reporting and conduct readout of key findings and recommendation to internal audit leadership and management regarding the status and findings of assigned projectsWhat’s included:

What you need to have?
Be a heading into your Junior or Senior year in Fall 2025 Have a major focused on MIS, CIS, Accounting, or Finance Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Outlook Basic understanding of business processes (specifically finance and accounting) Basic understanding of Cybersecurity, information systems and technology Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-assignments with prioritization Highly detail oriented, with a strong propensity for high quality workGen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
