General Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CAE's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate and prepare materials for audit committee meetings and other executive meetings
Handle confidential information with discretion
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assist in the preparation and distribution of audit reports
Develop and maintain a filing system for audit documentation
Arrange travel and accommodations for the CAE and audit team
Submit and reconcile expense reports and service provider's contracts
Provide general administrative support to the audit team
Act as the point of contact between the CAE and internal/external clients
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of Two (2) years of experience as an Audit or Compliance Department Administrative Assistant.
Previous experience supporting audits is highly preferred.
Should be familiar with audit processes and terminology.
Experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate or audit environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written skills, both in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Additional Information
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
