AU800P WIP Sensor Bracket to Resolve Issue of High Downtime

Description:
-Reduce machine downtime from 4.16% to 0%

-To install Sensor Bracket to eliminate wire snapped issue and hence reduce downtime for the machine.

-Cost Saving by 88%

Scope:
-To Study and work on designing for sensor bracket

-Design and validate POC (proof of concept)

-EPE tech and mentoring by Engineer Mr Kavi

-EPE Line sustaining tech

Deliverables:

- Eliminate DOWNTIME and increase PRODUCTIVITY

Stretch Goal:

-  Achieved zero case FAILURE and Zero DOWNTIME
