Intern - Student Worker
2nd shift - 3:30pm to 7:30pm
4 Hour shifts - Monday through Friday
Possible to work until 10pm after training.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Distribution Specialist is an associate in Holiday Order Filling. Their home base will be either Return Goods or Manuel Fill. The associate will be placed with a trainer to learn the different assignments in each area.
Manuel Fill:
The distribution specialist is responsible for picking packages/accessories for customer orders. Associates must meet company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Filler is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manuel Fill
Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment
Type of product: Card packages
Tissues, bags, ribbon & bows
Plates & napkins
Ensure customer orders are accurate and free of damage
Transport orders to shipping/conveyor locations
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
Continuously look for improvements opportunities and waste elimination

Required Length & Type of Experience:
Previous job experience preferred but not required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Prefer PC experience.
