Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Contract Manager in contract administration of infrastructure / railway projectsAssist project team to prepare and maintain contemporary recordsAssist to examine and identify relevant clauses / conditions of contract / purchase orders for reportingPerform data entry for reportingHandle ad-hoc assignment (contractual / quantity surveying related) as requested

Requirements:

Undergraduate student of majoring in Quantity Surveying or related disciplinesFamiliar with MS office applicationStrong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a good team playerStrong commercial and contractual acumenGood command in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferredAt least 2 days per week available to workOffice location: Kwun Tong
