Project Title: Establishing a multiparameter knowledge-based library for an industry first metallization deposition process
Project Description: Industry first deposition processes come with huge complexity, requiring myriad path-finding approaches to understand the impact of the many available parameters on the resultant film. This project aims to utilize the information garnered across various parametric skew studies, in conjunction with running additional experiments, to characterize critical process parameters and their effect on yield and film quality.
Project Scope: To explore various data analysis and machine learning techniques to model the individual effects of various process parameters and their cross-interaction outcomes.
Deliverable: To publish and maintain a library comprising the modelled characteristics of the analyzed process parameters
