Activities

JOB OBJECTIVES 

 

Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S , Kaizens , One point lesson , Poka Yoke) Frame and implement employee engagement programs (ex: Energy Saving Campaigns, Safety Champion) Assist in converting manual tasks to Digital Applications using internal tools (ex: PowerApps) Assist in improvement project implementation using DMAIC approach. Conduct feasibility study for improvement ideas suggested by other team members. Create creative presentations using PowerPoint to demonstrate improvement project results to management. Create dashboard using Power BI 

 

Candidate Profile

Knowledge: Conversant with English language , familiar with Lean Management

 

Experience: Nil.

 

Education: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

 

Skills: Creative, self-motivated, organized, skills for planning and independently carrying out the job with excellent communication skills.
