Intern in Global Customer Hub Europe

FUNTION INTRODUCTION:​

The Global Customer Hub(GCH) department in our Katowice branch comprises teams responsible for managing 3rd Party Service Provider (3PSP) operations in support of Unilever service delivery.

JOB PURPOSE:​
As part of GCH you work as a team to drive performance through our 3PSP’s in meeting key objectives for Europe deliverables in a variety of business areas, with further opportunity to transform the way we do business to make it simpler, better and faster. If you are interested in gaining experience in managing and delivering through partners, with the opportunity to understand the broader business on a variety of levels, consider a 7-month internship (July-January)with the Global Customer Hub’s team! ​

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:​

Meaningful tasks that will make you a real part of the team – our internship lasts 7 months so you can comfortably integrate and understand our work specifics

Managing 3rd Party Service Providers (3PSP’s) to drive performance and standardization

Engagement with markets and 3PSP’s on benchmarking processes

Active participation in cost optimization and process improvement projects

Centralization of data sources to create the single point of truth 

​WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:​

Studying/Experience in Supply Chain/ Planning/Finance/IT would be beneficial

Ability to communicate effectively in English​

Strong analytical and excel skills ​ ​

You are passionate, motivated, and eager to act

Good time management and ability to communicate freely with individuals of various work levels/nationalities.​
