Intern in Global Commercial Learning & Development (all genders)

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Support the development and execution of comprehensive training programsContribute to the roll-out of a global, cross-brand Customer Facing teams‘ project Assist in the implementation of internal quality programs Gain exposure to various aspects of the business Work closely with your assigned mentor to relentlessly build your strengths, incorporate feedback, and develop your skills throughout the internship to prepare for a successful professional journey
WHO YOU ARE
Enrolled in a master’s programme, with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (advanced qualifications are a plus)A passionate learner, eager to acquire new skills and leverage the extensive internal and external network provided by this experienceExcellent command of both oral and written English; proficiency in additional local languages is a plusStrong communication, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities (both written and spoken)Experience and certification in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, is a plusProficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly adapt to new digital toolsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other photo/video editing software is a plus
