As an Onboarding Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. This includes supporting the onboarding process, helping new hires familiarize themselves with company policies, culture, and resources. You’ll assist in coordinating onboarding activities to ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared for their roles, facilitating a positive and seamless assimilation into the teamRoles & Responsibilities will include:Supporting the onboarding Associate with the day-to-day tasks.Brainstorming and experimenting with new, engaging onboarding activities.Being innovative in designing and implementing various creative onboarding programs and practices for new joiners.Working towards enhancing onboarding process efficiency.Maintain and update trackers and help us stay compliantContribute to the resolution of hygiene issues for new joiners.RequirementsExcellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.Research and Attention to Detail: Strong research capabilities and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.Team Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Advanced Presentation Skills: Proficiency in delivering high-quality presentations and communicating ideas clearly.Innovative Mindset: A passion for innovation, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.Experience and QualificationEducation Qualification : MBA/Masters in Human Resources or I/O Psychology Experience: 0-6 months Equal Opportunity
