Responsibilities What You’ll Do Facilitate the implementation of new store hardware, including store servers and POS devices. Monitor servers and system performance, resolving issues proactively using analytical and technical tools. Administer and optimize the MDM platform, managing updates and usage for store-deployed mobile devices. Deploy and support system updates, patches, and new implementations. Qualifications What You Bring to the Game Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or recently graduated. Technical Skills: Familiarity with VBscript, PowerShell, scripting, SQL, Windows Server OS, Red Hat Linux, SOTI, and virtualization. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Passion: A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and sneakers. Program Logistics Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Location: Hybrid setup—work from our Dallas office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.
