Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Interact with teammates in a professional and customer-friendly environmentAssist HR Technology engineers in project assignmentsLearn and work within a globally diversified Human Resources environmentCollaborate with development of software applicationsContribute to IT projects under the guidance of experienced team membersAssist in integration documentation and monitoring data feedsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and other IT professionals Qualifications

What You Bring to the Game

Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or recently graduated.Technical Skills: Familiarity with Process Flow and documentation programs such as LucidCharts, Confluence, Miro or Visio.  Project Management and desire to obtain their PMP or Greenbelt certification. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.Passion: A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and sneakers.

 

Program Logistics

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.Location: Hybrid setup—work from our Dallas office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.Duration: May 27th to August 8th, 2025 (11 weeks).Pay: $25/hr Benefits
