Your Key Responsibilities Help understand customers' real-life and online behavior to improve our digital services, including direct customer contact (mainly online) Engage in designing dashboards and general analytics for the daily operations of the customer portal. Assist in improving the general communication and engagement concept of the customer portal (including marketing campaigns and CRM optimization). Maintain and improve documentation of current digital solutions, pilots, and projects. Ensure data quality across various systems (including Excel, CRM, SAP, etc.). Support the customer portal team with presentations and reports related to individual features and the customer portal as a whole. Engage with various internal stakeholders when identifying the root causes of potential issues and bugs.

 

Your Qualifications

 

Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in business, economics, informatics, or a related field. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Business fluency in English; German is welcome but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A team player with a hands-on mentality and eagerness to contribute to projects and initiatives. Familiarity with operating a customer portal or any other app ecosystem is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
