The Debt Capital Markets business levers StoneX’s global distribution footprint to create investment banking solutions for its clients across private credit advisory, public securities issuance and distressed M&A. An intern in the group can expect to:
Perform fundamental corporate finance analysis on potential issuers to understand their financing needs, credit capacity and credit storyWork with a senior analyst to prepare pitchbooks, valuation analyses etc. and be involved in the marketing of new businessAssist in the preparation of New Deal Committee memoranda and follow up materialsAssist in the drafting of teasers and Confidential Information Memoranda for live transactionsPopulate and maintain online data roomsListen in on investor calls with client management teamsAnalyze investor term sheetsAssist in the preparation of biweekly market update blast emails QualificationsStoneX Essential Qualifications

Early Careers Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)Available for a June 2025 start date for an 8 – 10-week programProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Hiring Hourly Rate Range $24 - $40 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data).
