Location: Parsippany, NJ Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025 Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks **How you’ll spend your day** • During the 12 week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Commercial Excellence department. • Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects. • You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Commercial Excellence business unit. • Gain an introduction to strategic planning and commercial excellence in the biopharmaceutical industry • Make meaningful contributions through challenging assignments, and actively collaborate with commercial leaders and stakeholders across the organization • Develop skills by working cross-functionally in the commercialization organization, contributing to challenging projects the offer real-world experience.
