Responsibilities What You’ll Do Stage, install, and configure store POS systems ensuring they meet Foot Locker’s technical standards. Work with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure project success of store hardware deployment for new stores, remodels, and manage hardware for store closings. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, providing real-time guidance to technicians and stores. Develop technical documentation and analyze support practices to propose improvements. Qualifications What You Bring to the Game Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or recently graduated. GTA 3.00 or better. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10, familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and virtualization. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Passion: A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and sneakers. Program Logistics Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Location: Hybrid setup—work from our Dallas office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday. Duration: May 27th to August 8th, 2025 (11 weeks).
