Join the Marvin Connected Home team that is responsible for Marvin’s digital strategy. Our intern will learn about product management and product owner competencies as well as gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end product lifecycle for physical and digital products in the smart home space.
Highlights of your role Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, marketing, etc.) to support ongoing new product development projects to remain on scheduleLead market research efforts to build smart home integrator personas for the Marvin Connected Home team Lead competitive analysis on products and companies in the smart home market and propose new opportunities for the Marvin Connected Home portfolioAssist product portfolio manager with voice of customer analysis and its impact on product roadmap and product requirementsAssist marketing and sales with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new product launchesAnalyze insights from Marvin Connected Home app customer journey with PowerBI, Google Analytics and FirebaseParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings for the Marvin Connected Home mobile app to stay aligned with the development teamTest and validate product features to ensure they meet user needs and company standards Compensation $18.00 - $22.50 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business, marketing or a related fieldComfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment (2 days in office per week) for at least 12-weeks full-timeFamiliarity or willingness to learn product management tools (ex: Jira, Figma, Smartsheet, etc.)Passion for technology, problem solving and delivering value to customersPrevious internship or project experience in marketing, product management, user experience (UX) preferredMust be able to work with Microsoft Office Suite (word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) We invite you to See Yourself at MarvinFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
