As an Intern, you will be working in the logistics procurement department, you will report to Strategic Scouring Manager.

Key Responsibilities

协助起草、审查、修改采购合同，确保文件的准确性和完整性负责合同的提交审批和归档，确保按照公司流程进行操作协助准备合同相关文件和报告，如合同变更通知、续约文件等，确保文件的及时性和准确性协助采购团队响应环境健康安全（EHS）要求，包括联系外部供应商获取资质文件协助维护采购合同和EHS相关文件和记录，确保其准确性和完整性，便于日后查阅和审计

Qualifications

在校大学生，专业不限，但采购管理、商务管理、化工等相关领域优先本科及以上学历具备良好的中文和英文书写及口头表达能力，能够进行双语沟通和文件处理每周需要出勤3-4天
