Qualifications: In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: High School Diploma or GED required. Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or graduate of Bachelor’s Degree program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Master’s Degree or graduate of a Master’s Program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Juris Doctorate Strong analytical reasoning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership ability, and team-building skills Flexibility to adapt to new situations Experience working with Excel and other MSOffice programs. Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally This PRN intern will work as needed hours on the Roots of Health project, which is supported by a grant. We are seeking someone who understands the relationship between food, nutrition, and sustainable agriculture, and who is passionate about food security, local food systems, public health, and community wellbeing. The position will operate from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates with an interest in community social work, nutrition, or public health will do well in this role.
