As a part of the TDT Device PI team, our primary focus is on ensuring that CMOS devices meet exacting electrical and reliability targets crucial for achieving efficient product requirements. We play a crucial role in contributing to the fundamental understanding of CMOS technology and its impact on overall product figures of merit. Our team is at the forefront of using development and transfer knowledge on new technology nodes to drive the development of these nodes until mature manufacturing capabilities are achieved. This, in turn, contributes significantly to meeting critical program metrics.

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent summer intern to join our dynamic team in the field of Semiconductor, focusing on DRAM technology. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects related to new technologies node. This role encompasses three main areas of responsibility:

Responsibilities:Electrical Parameters Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of electrical parameters associated with key projectCollaborate with Engineering Ops and/or Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilizationApply testing and measurement tools to capture data and draw meaningful insights.Resolving CMOS Issues for Qualification Sample DeliveryInvestigate and solve CMOS issues affecting the landmarkCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality qualification samples.Qualifications & Skills:Strong understanding of basic CMOS technologies and semiconductor manufacturing processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Coursework or project experience related to Semiconductor technologies.Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsEducation and Experience:A Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree (Preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
