Depending on the course of study and the area to which you are assigned, RYAM interns will have the ability to focus on reliability and/or process optimization, quality and improvement, cost reduction and environmental performance, all while learning the manufacturing process and building technical, analytical and management skills. Minimum Requirements: + Currently enrolled in college + Majoring in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering + Have a 3.0 GPA or better + Excellent communication skills both oral and written + Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills + Previous internship experience is preferred, but not required.
