Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Bella Vista, Tucumán.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCollaborating with the quality control and assurance team to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.•\tUtilizing understanding of customers' needs and monitoring of quality procedures to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.•\tSupporting in audits and ISO 9001 certifications.•\tParticipating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.•\tSeeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic and talented team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You are a student of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. You are engaged in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the industrial engineering and electrical sectors. Have established skills in quality management and process improvement within manufacturing or related industries. Highly adept in communication tools and Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency. You are passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality standards and operational excellence. You are at ease communicating in English.
