Key responsibilities for this role include:

Work with scheduling and QC partners to define what activities we are wanting to capture for the purposes of tracking direct labor and scheduling parameters to perform time studies.

Create a master list of active part numbers in QIS pending creation of labor standards and a burndown chart to capture progress.

Perform time studies for package component and raw material sampling to develop standards for routings in LN.

Perform time studies for component and chemical testing to develop standards for routings in LN.

Assist in the development of any required reporting to streamline the scheduling process for sampling and testing of raw materials and components.

Train on inventory analysis (expiration, retest, and inventory without demand) and reporting to help determine materials we should be evaluating for destruction.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution program. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. 

Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Access preferred. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. 

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with different groups and functions within the organization as well as outside customers and suppliers. 

Must be team oriented and flexible to adapt to a constantly changing business environment.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

The salary range for this position is:  if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
