Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is the business segment that brings stories and characters to life through innovative and engaging physical products and digital experiences across more than 100 product categories.
The Direct-to-Retail Management Intern would provide administrative support and be part of creating retail excitement together with the Consumer Products team.
This role will gain exposure in the planning and execution of retail and product development strategies and activities, collaborating with the top tier retailers in the country.
The role will be responsible to make alive the summer holiday campaign as one of the big festive period in the year for the company. The intern will be supporting the planning and implementation of the product development that suits to the campaign and deliver best in class retail execution through the partners’ stores.
Responsibilities:
Business Drive
Work closely to the expected growth of each business partnersManage and develop new ideation to create the business spikeIdeate/lead brainstorming for each campaignEnd to end Project management involving both internal and external stakeholdersRetail Experience
Update and maintain campaign calendarsMaintain the product development to align with the calendarsBuild the plan decks in accordance to partners target audience in combination with TWDC standardAnalyse result of the campaign and share with markets as a best practiceOverall
Actively participate and support brainstorming sessions, business reviews and campaign reviewsThink creatively to create new concept and breakthrough that fits to the partners’ needsLiaise with different lines of business and learn synergy for marketing campaignsInternship Requirements:

Requirements:
