**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Participating in the evaluation and proposal of advanced technology acquisition opportunities for quality sectors, enabling the organization to achieve technological excellence.
+ Participating in the definition of project execution strategy: content, scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management, communications, and training.
+ Managing activities of the various project phases: feasibility study, project mandate and business plan, acquisition, implementation, and production launch.
+ Monitoring budgets, schedules, and resource availability.
+ Preparing and presenting progress reports at various management levels.
+ Aligning the work of involved resources and acting as the interface between different matrix services;
+ Managing change requests arising during project execution.
+ Developing risk management plans, including mitigation plans.
+ Participating in problem resolution and recovery plans.
+ Evaluating, participating in, and managing initiatives related to continuous improvement in the Quality field."
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project);
+ You have an interest in managing complex projects in the aeronautics field;
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of organization;
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry (asset);
+ Good analytical skills;
+ Passionate about achieving technological excellence;
+ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French;
+ You have good organizational, planning, problem-solving skills, good judgment, are innovative, and possess good decision-making processes."
+ You have a keen interest in the machines and tools used in quality management
