Essential Functions/Responsibilities The intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, any of the following activities. Responsibilities may change on a weekly or daily basis, depending on the needs of the department. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding • Review and update policies as needed • Work with hosted organizations • Interface with International Mobility team while learning US immigration • Complete special projects as needed **Complementary Description** Work Schedule: 20 hours per week minimum January - May, 40 hours per week minimum June-July Relocation: Relocation is not provided for this position. **Job Requirements** Education /Certifications • Minimum: Junior or above in Human Resources or related degree program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business or Finance Job requirements: • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Detail-oriented, highly motivated and a strong work ethic • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and be deadline sensitive. • Intermediate to advance Excel and MS Word skills. • Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as part of a Team. • Customer Service oriented. **Specificity of the job** None **Locate your future workplace** 2201 W.
