About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Human Resources Intern, you will:
Provide administrative support to a local HR community to help deliver the annual HR cycle, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey. Create, protect, and file written correspondence and data associated with employees. Provide administrative support to HR projects and internal events. Provide support to Employee Relations activity as directed. Assist the recruitment process, provide administrative support for the selection and onboarding of candidates internally. Receive HR/Business Unit/Company-wide communications and act upon it as necessary. Support the Rewards initiatives as required. May also provide data for respective payroll teams.About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree.Fluent English.Entry level for complex administrative and support roles Good knowledge, experience, and skill in straightforward procedures, acquired through previous training or experience in HR. Good understanding of how role relates to work of others in the unit. Prioritizes own workload and uses initiative to carry out additional related tasks.
