We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and administrative support. Essential Responsibilities\n

Compensation & Benefits Support:\n\nAssist in compiling and analyzing data for salary benchmarking and compensation reports.\nSupport benefits administration, including enrollment tracking, audits, and associate communications.\nHelp prepare materials for open enrollment and wellness initiatives.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date associate records related to compensation and benefits.\n\n
\n

Employee Relations Support:\n\nAssist in the development and analysis of associate surveys \nAssist with compliance reporting tasks\nPreview training material and provide recommendations for company implementation\nPrepare communications to support company initiatives\n\n\nTriage employee relations intake to resolve minor situations while escalating more complex situations to the appropriate HR Business Partner\nSupport onboarding and orientation processes for new hires\n\n\nAssist with the development of policies, procedures, and HR documentation.\n\n\nSupport and coordinate meetings and follow up correspondence with employee relations situations\nParticipate in the preparation and implementation of HR reports and presentations\n\n

HRIS & Data Analysis: \n\nInput and maintain associate data within the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.\nSupport HRIS data audits and assist with system updates or reporting tasks.\nAnalyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and process improvement.\n\n

General HR Administration:\n\nMaintain confidentiality of associate records and sensitive information.\nAssist with HR reports, audits, and compliance tasks.\nProvide administrative support to HR projects as needed.\n\n

Qualifications\n\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nInterest in pursuing a career in HR, especially in compensation, benefits, or associate relations.\nBasic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts)\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nHigh level of discretion and confidentiality.\nProficiency in Google Office Suite preferred\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\n
