Our Feature Analyst teams are responsible for understanding, facilitating, and clarifying business requirements and work in collaboration with business stakeholders and feature teams to ensure that the business requirements are delivered effectively.

The programme includes:
Structured workplace exposureYou will work under the supervision and expertise of the technical leads and learn to capture and maintain business and data rules essential for iteration execution. Create and maintain Epics, stories and tasks to monitor progress and produce regular reports and statistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX, technology, support, testing, and other subject matter experts to clarify and refine user story requirements. Document findings from elicitation sessions and workshops to support iteration requirements. Refine and update all tasks in the backlog to prepare for the upcoming sprint. Track the progress of stories within the current iteration, identify any blocked or at-risk stories, and reassign them as needed. Participate in discovery and inception workshops to create a shared understanding of user needs and the required technology solutions. Participate in iteration meetings, including product backlog grooming, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, review meetings, and retrospectives. Manage the backlog by ensuring all requirements are captured, stories are properly linked to epics, and tasks are identified for each sprint. Identify gaps or inconsistencies and address gaps or inconsistencies in the user story map. Coordinate stories, ensuring all requirements are documented as stories and tasks, and are linked to epics. Provide regular feedback on product development progress and validate that deliverables meet business goals. Collaborate with the Product Owner to review and update user stories as required. Collaborate with stakeholders to showcase completed stories and gather feedback.
