**Our team:**
• Reporting into the VP Global Operations, we ensure the consolidation and governance of key performance indicators and strategic projects of all of Bombardier`s operations sites.
• Our operations extend on many sites, namely in Canada (Montreal, Toronto), the US (Texas) and in Mexico, all having their own specialization to ensure the AC delivery cycle time.
• We create value in close collaboration with support functions (Planning, Logistics, Methods and Quality)
**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Collaborate with the responsible of the operational or functional sites to maintain monthly measures to date (balanced scorecard).
+ Participate in the master plan and balanced score card monthly reviews
+ Assist in the follow up of Operations key strategic projects: Consolidate information from different sources to standardize presentations to upper management while respecting deadlines
+ Participate and establish governance standards to put in place across all operations sites
+ Plan and participate to the execution of key strategic projects across Operations teams
+ Assist upper management in preparing governance and other reviews
**During your internship, you will learn:**
• Software such as PowerBI, and other internal applications;
• To develop competencies in strategic projects management;
• To develop competencies in operations management;
• To coordinate and conduct presentations for upper management;
• To develop abilities of influence and communication;
• To take part of a multidisciplinary and multisite team
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in operations management, administration or other related field;
+ You have completed at least one year in the program;
+ You have a very good knowledge of the Office suite (Powerpoint and Excel);
+ You have a good sense of initiative and appreciate to work in teams as much as autonomously
+ You are a good communicator (in both French and English) and can easily interact with collaborators;
+ You are methodical, structured, have good analytical skills, are axed on results and on the quality of your work.
